Therapy works best when we focus on 1-3 specific areas that are impacting your life the most. While psychotherapy is traditionally open-ended, most clients work with us weekly for 5-8 months. Our work together concludes when you feel you’ve achieved your treatment goals and have mastered new coping skills to help you when previous triggers emerge.
